Nutrition for Weight Loss

Nutrition for weight loss entails knowledge of what and how much to eat and forming the right habits around that knowledge. At Dr. Amir’s Weight Loss and Metabolism Center we provide customized solutions to each patient based on the internal and external factors they face as individuals.

With advanced training from Weil Cornell Human Nutrition institute, Dr. Amir will review eating patterns and recommend optimal eating habits that will promote better health. As part of a meal plan or comprehensive weight management program, she will help identify dietary barriers to weight loss as well as ways to use diet to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight and body composition.
